[i]Bradley Fink was facing up to 10 years in prison, but because he showed remorse and was able to pay back the value of the stolen items, U.S. District Court Judge Vanessa Gilmore said she would not impose prison time or an additional fine. Fink pleaded guilty in August to the scheme, which lasted for 15 years... Between Jan. 1, 2004 and March 8, Fink stole about 60 jackets that belonged to NASA and were transported by the company he worked for at the time, according to prosecutors. He then sold the jackets for a profit on Ebay.[/i]
